Configure the connection between Feedbucket and Teamwork

  1. Select the Project. Feedbucket will list all of your projects in Teamwork that you have access to. If you do not see your project, check your permissions in Teamwork.
  2. Select tasklist. This is the tasklist where Feedbucket will create new tasks in when a new feedback is created.

{warning} Please read through the warning alert. Webhooks is not included in all plans and is disabled by default. In order to get the 2-way communication to work. This needs to be handled.

Using the integration

New feedback created

Whenever new feedback is created in Feedbucket, a task will be created in the tasklist of the project that you configured in step #1 and #2. The task will have all technical information and the screenshot or video will be added as an attachment.

{info} Note that the task will be created with the Teamwork account that you connected Feedbucket and Teamwrok with.

New comment created

Whenever a new comment is created in Feedbucket, it will be attached to the Teamwork task automatically.

There's a 2-way sync here as well. If you add a comment to the task that starts with @feedbucket this will be synced back to Feedbucket. Therefore, you can answer comments from within Teamwork if you like. Watch the video to see this in action.

Feedback resolved

If the feedback gets resolved from Feedbucket, the task will automatically be marked as completed in Teamwork.

There's a 2-way sync here as well. If you mark the task as completed from within Teamwork, it will be resolved in Feedbucket.

Feedback unresolved

If the feedback gets unresolved from Feedbucket the task will not be marked as completed anymore in Teamwork.

There's a 2-way sync here as well. If you reopen the task in Teamwork it will be unresolved in Feedbucket.
